Sur camilien Houde…des cabines pas trop haute qui dépasseraient pas vraiment les arbres ne dénaturerait pas le parc.

It may be handy, but it’s neither fast nor high-capacity nor very comfortable. It only goes to Hamamatsuchō Station, which is kind of like sending a slow, jiggly “express” from YUL to exo11 Lachine (if Lachine Station were surrounded by 15-storey office buildings and not much else that’s open after 17h). And FWIW, the Tokyo Monorail isn’t an “express.” The local service makes around 10 stops over 17 km, and while headways are short, locals take almost 25 minutes. Rapids are marginally quicker, and the few Express services take 18 minutes.

How long would it takes for the Journal de Montreal to blame the STM of spending people’s taxes if the STM was doing the same ?
Definitely cute and I wish it were more common, but we also need to keep in mind the REM is still kind of on a PR blitz right now to make sure the city maintains an overall good image of them.
If this continues once the whole thing is in service then that’s really good on them IMO.

Beaucoup de campagnes de recrutement ont des pubs dans le transport collectif. Dans ce cas-ci c’est bien PMM l’exploitant du REM
Pour ceux qui se posent la question le REM offre le plein service avec deux trains longs en heure de pointe aujourd’hui.
