I would say that the timing for Bluesky was just right. With Elon supporting 45, making moderation decisions, promoting conspiracy theories, and allowing hate on X, a lot of users felt like they no longer had a choice but to move.
The REM is still moving at 5 km/h, and no information online. I emailed a few days ago and got no response. Does anyone know what’s up?
It’s strange they don’t mark this on their website
Well i guess that the maintenance is getting serious, full weekend shutdown
P.s.

What i would like to know is if once the rest of the network is online if a shutdown between gc and ids will kill the entire rest of the network or not cus we will have Panama Brossard active still
This is why it is running at very low speed on that section close to MELS @mashdash
Personally I’m just glad they caught it. Better to close for a few weekends than have a Mexico city (or de la concorde) situation in 10 years.
I agree, but I’m absolutely stunned that there should even be this kind of serious structural defect.
Latest update from CDPQi regarding the cost was 8.34G$…
Exact
There was a fire on the highway, just under the REM bridge not long before it was due to open. The soot marks are still visible on the structure.
