If I’m not wrong, this stretch of Ottawa has had its sidewalks redone even though these projects are still going up. I wanted to raise issues like this with the city but it seems like others have already done so and they don’t really care.

Sidewalk in front of the future Bass phases is in alsphalt, same with the one in front of the future park ilot St Thomas - Devisubox
Everything that way and going forward is newly redone. And I doubt those warehouses on the north side will stay the way they are in the future so it’s questionable on both sides of the street. One is an active construction site, the other will definitely be redevelopes down the line.
There’s a construction fence in front of the Bass 2 & 3 separating it from the sidewalk… Construction crew shouldn’t touch that part. If they break it, they fix it
La construction de Bass 4 et 5 pourrait débuter dans les prochaines semaines, selon le bureau des ventes, même si Bass 4 n’est présentement qu’en pré-vente.
Ce rendu présente en tout cas un projet de qualité bien bass.

Sérieusement, c’est moche de chez moche. Pu capable de ces tours qui ressemblent à… en fait, si on les entourait de 4 murs et d’un toit, on se croirait dans une salle de serveurs! hahaha Ou de gros classeurs.
Des objets rarement appréciés pour leur esthétique. Seulement pour leur côté pratique. Sauf que là on parle d’endroits où vivent des gens =/
