What do you mean by largest penthouse? highest price tag? highest square feet? This unit probably beats it by both metrics.

I got the info by the promoteur when visiting to buy, some weeks later a colleague got the same info when visiting as well.

What a sleazebag move on the part of the promoter, straight up reveiling and bragging the name of his most famous client in order to promote his project. Or maybe just inventing lies.
I guess we will know one day when the construction is done
