The other day when I went the departures were leaving 5 minutes off from the scheduled departures but the same frequency as usual. It would be great if they had live tracked trains so this would be clearer for those connecting with buses

The REM seems to be a lot more punctual than the Metro, though. In my experience, it follows the schedule down to the minute, while the Metro schedule is completely useless.

En arrivant à Sainte-Dorthée à 7:36, il y avait une grand foule mais un train est arrivé et on est maintenant à Pierrefonds sans délai aux stations.

30 minutes d’attente à CDL. Le premier train était déjà plein (plein pour vrai, pas Yamanote line mais presque). Le deuxième était plein devant les portes seulement donc j’ai fait une percée.
Je ne peux pas blâmer le REM pour les gens qui bloque le chemin mais la communication des pannes (avec alertes SMS) reste du même niveau que celle du métro, donc mauvaise.

Je suis à Du Ruisseau (commencé à Pierrefonds), direction Brossard. Le train est plein mais semble être à pleine vitesse.

Je suis dans le train avec le problème, à la station Sunnybrooke. Notre train a freiné brusquement à l’approche de la station et les portes ne se sont pas ouvertes.
Un employé de GPMM est sur les lieux présentement.
Communication ZÉRO. Les boutons pour communiquer avec le centre de contrôle émettent un ton sans se connecter à un employé. Aussi aucune annonce dans le train.

I wonder if they could have manual trains mix with automated ones? like automated ones follow behind it, and in the other direction, up to Côte-de-Liesse where they can pull it into the extra track and people switch there.
Also they need announcements to say this. Say where the stalled train is. Say what is wrong. Let’s look at NYC.

Pulsar should be able to communicate issues in a similar way. Let’s see what they share:
They can describe where the train was stalled, what the plan is (taking it out of service? Trying to resume service in manual mode). Just describing what is happening makes people less worried about what’s wrong. Once I saw @ComradeMark message, I realized it was a way smaller deal than the alert made it seem. We need information when issues like these inevitably happen.

Je suis à bord d’un train direction A1 en ce moment. Bien avant que le train s’arrête, on a eu une annonce sur l’écran comme quoi le train allait repartir après un instant. La version sonore a suivi… quelques minutes après que le train soit reparti.
