There’s a really interesting freedom of information request from a year ago made public by the CDPQ
-It contains multiple months of (almost) complete operational and service information of the REM (including complaints, elevator/escalator outages, causes of issues, and bus service coordination)
All information relating to electrical consumption is for some reason blacked out everywhere (possibly some agreement CDPQ has?)
Also, incident causes are all blacked out
Lastly, escalator/elevator outage stats are available as well
