I hope they rethink that policy. The other evening I shared space with a guy and his steel-framed touring bike with four panniers, a saddle bag and a big handlebar bag. It easily outweighed many current e-bikes and was a huge obstacle… but allowed. My little scooter weighs 12 kg and folds up the size of a skateboard.
