There is no exo service on the CPKC network (lines 11, 12, 14).

They have announced service restoration on lines 11 and 14, but nothing for 12, as I was writing this.

According to what I heard on Let’s Go (CBC Radio One), a train caught fire on line 12 at Montréal West.

Oh, and for the record, exo never communicated the disruptions, no text notifications, Chrono notifications or notes on Apple Maps.

If I wasn’t listening to the CBC, I would have learned at Lucien-L’Allier about the disruption, and I would not know that services are offered from Canal, Lachine and Parc stations to the suburbs.

Edit: Oh, of note, there is NO additional service from the STM. The 480 is every 20 minutes towards Parc.

The lines for the lakeshore express busses at Lionel-Groulx run the length of the waiting areas and are backing up into the park paths. Buses are leaving 7+ minutes early because they’re full.

I can confirm that there were no trains at Parc on their normal schedule.

The first one is due to arrive in 2 minutes, over an hour late on the posted schedule.

There goes another DP :man_shrugging:t2:

A collision between a commuter train and a car at a level crossing in Hudson early Tuesday morning left a motorist slightly injured and required passengers on the train to be bused into Montreal.

And the incident triggered another crash, as a Sûreté du Québec squad car answering the collision call lost control and drove into a tree.

Article content

SQ spokesperson Louis-Philippe Ruel said the first incident occurred around 7:40 a.m. on Main Rd., when the train hit the vehicle, sending it into a ditch.

“Happily the injuries suffered by the motorist were very slight,” Ruel said. “She did not require transportation to hospital.”

Ruel said the officer, who was patrolling alone and responded to the train incident, was taken to hospital as a precaution after suffering minor injuries when the squad car’s air bags deployed.

There were no injuries reported on the train.

While the level crossing was cleared, service along the Vaudreuil-Hudson Exo line was delayed.
