Sacrament…Je croyais que Toronto avait changé ses règlements pour justement permettre plus de midrises. Les 12 étages du projet initial auraient été parfaits - les environs du parc/Cabbagetown sont du très low density avec quelques immeubles plus grands, mais là 48 étages ça serait comme dropper L’Avenue à côté du Parc Laurier…

300 new homes, including 90 affordable homes, are coming soon to the site of a former parking lot in Toronto’s Cabbagetown neighbourhood. A new 35-storey “Housing Now” rental tower was approved this week, designed by Alison Brooks Architects in collaboration with architects—Alliance.
