Je comprends votre point, mais la généralisation n’aide pas du tout. Il y a plusieurs examples de projets de transport en commun avec des délais interminables en Asie,
Pensons au métro de Manila, celui de Ho Chi Minh City aussi, même celui de Gwangju en Corée du sud a beaucoup de retards.
Pour être plus précis, vous pourriez faire référence à la Chine, qui en général (mais il y a toujours quelques exceptions) font un travail formidable avec leur métro (et tram) et presque toujours dans les délais prévus.

ADM sont quand même assez exacte dans leur estimation du temps d’execution des travaux. Je me souviens quand ils avaient donner le deadline pour la construction de la station ils avaient mit cela quand assez loin dans le temps pour ce laisser une marge de manoeuvre.
Reste a voir comment cela se passera pour les test du rem sur la branche aeroport avec CDPQi. Dommage que ce soit un tunnel simple par contre ca donne moins de marge de manoeuvre en cas de problemes.

For people wondering if there will be an additional charge for the station, yes Aéroports de Montréal will be charging an additional price like they do currently with the 747. Users arriving at the station exiting will have to pay to exit with a valid fare

ADM has to sign an agreement with the ARTM about the pricing. Since ADM is financing the station, they’re going to impose their desired rate.

What about people who live close by or use a West Island bus route that might terminate there? The station is within a reasonable walking distance of a large portion of North Dorval, do they get screwed over with this?
Hopefully this doesn’t affect unlimited trip passes just like the 747

How would they validate that actively without a tap-out system?
Nothing technically prevent having Tap-out at certain station. So they might have it at YUL station.
The other option. is to have random inspection check at the exit Like for zone B,C,D
They could do a similar system to Barcelona’s where the only station with a tap out is the airport.
For regular users (ex. employees) of the airport, I think (hope) it will be integrated to the monthly pass.

They will use a tap out system. One’s already getting implemented at all train stations + metro/REM stations outside of zone A to enforce AB/ABC fare validation and prevent fraud. There’s no clear timeframe for when it’ll be implemented but will likely flow together with the complete launch of Concerto by 2027 (also in time for the airport station)

ADM seems to pretend that ARTM will be fixing the fares.
Aussi c’est pas l’intérêt de L’ADM d’augmenter les prix pour sa main main-d’œuvre.

Mon “Guess” est qu’on va garder la formule actuelle de tarification de la 747.
