Does someone knows who owns the parking of the station? Like did the REM took ownership of it along with the station or is it under the ARTM jurisdiction.

I’m wondering if they plan on refreshing the asphalt and redoing the sidewalks as they’re in quite bad shape (obviously where in the plans the layout is different will be redone and that’s where they work. But outside of that I’m wondering)
