Il y a beaucoup d’exemples de stations “inatteignables” qui génèrent du développement mais parfois des décennies plus tard et c’est pas toujours coordonné avec le projet de transport initial. Le TOD L’Assomption on est quand même presque 50 ans après le métro.

Also, I think the pedestrian crossing signal don’t have enough time. They only leave 20s to cross the intersection.
The northern crosswalk is 30m across curb-to-“curb”, the southern one is 26m. This means you would have to walk at 1.5m/s if you wanted to cross north. Isn’t the maximum 1.3m/s?
Even 1.3m/s for the south crossing means you have to walk fast and not miss the light the second it turns on
