Lights have not been working for the last two nights…
That’s one of the “tunnels to nowhere.” The Jersey barrier guides traffic toward the airport, and to get to Av. Cardinal or Av. Dorval from these lanes, one must turn left at the next intersection (Av. Michel Jasmin).
Remember, they spent 13 years and 350M$ and it’s still less than half-completed to the 2009 plan. But hey, at least it’s got useless blue lights.
