I don’t want to be annoying but Gare Centrale isn’t the right chat to talk about if the REM is opening on time.
For my opinion though at first I believed it wouldn’t, because of the track damage, but now that they’re testing again it seems like not much more is needed. If they start testing November 1st full revenue service then I do believe it’ll open on time.
As for the outside of stations, Panama is almost done, it’s at the same progress as Avenue du Pins is, they just need to pave a lot of it and add trees. As for Île-des-Soeurs, that looks like it just needs some pavers added and trees added. These are very minor and part of it could be closed when it opens like Mont-Royal Metro station did.
