Its been said a few times on this forum, the weakest interconnection on the existing network is Jean-Talon because of the multiple stairs and distance that you have to walk between the two platforms. We are going to have another one of those with Edouard-Montpetit. Poor interconnections result in longer transit times, which makes public transit a less attractive option. We need to take the measures that are necessary to make the connections as convenient as they can be. I really do hope that we will learn from our mistakes and ensure that future connection are built to a higher standard.
