What is the situation at Panama (free and paid parkings) as it is way smaller it used to be?
Indeed. The 10$/day or 121$ monthly fee is not unreasonable, given most parkades downtown are about 20$ for the day. If the paid portion is empty, it’s still a bad use of our investment. I’d convert half of the free parking to a paid parking, but lower the rate at 5$/day, 50$ month at Brossard since the service is new, and the goal of the station is to attract riders from further away. Panama being a more constrainted space and closer to downtown can keep a 10$/day price.
