The “stall” in question is starding a study for the 15km of REV Jean-Talon, including the western part from Acadie to Hippodrome, ending at the Cavendish junction. It’s extremely self centered of those mayors to expect that because the whole Hippodrome project is fucked and taking forever the city should pause indefinitely other projects that are partly related.
Also it’s comign from an unrelated budget, they should be happy that the REV joinging Cavendish is funded directly by the city, and not by the alredy expensive financial package that is trying to be built with difficulty by the GALLOP comittee
