Considering what happened to VSLP, hopefully the facade designers have not repeated the same mistake. The wind pressure on the open glazing facade on the sides of the balconies is more than usual closed facades. This apparently was overlooked or not properly addressed at VSLP.

Les horribles carrées en prefab pourraient servir d’espace pour des murals et de l’art urban. Ça embellirait le basilaire.
Cela dit, je n’ai pas trop d’espoirs que le promoteur considère ce genre de projet à court terme.

It’s a nice tower, sure a glass box but still pleasant. The base though, oufff I’m not sure there are words to describe how boring yet still ugly it actually is.
