Where’d you find out about that? I forgot you work for the city… that plan sounds great!
The 45 bus route uses this street to go north (not during rue de Champlain construction), I hope they either make it a bus only one lane street, with trees in the middle, and a fully separate bike lane.
If not that, then they should make Papineau two way (one lane north for buses/taxis/bikes only) between Sherbrooke and Rachel. Currently Papineau has 5 lanes for cars and it really cuts off the neighbourhood from the park.
