I thought about it too. But i think Séminaire will be needed for car access if the plan is to close des bassins when redoing the intersection Wellington/ De la montagne /des bassins.
100% agree, but i think this should be done after the private project will be done. And Since Brivia is out of Ilot de la Montagne project , i don’t think is going to be soon (Olymbec will probably keep the real state to increase the value and re-sell it when the market is favorable ).
