4-5 minute frequencies at Bois Franc today. Fully automated trains with no operators and normal station dwell times
Plus que 6 mois…
I saw one train passing on canal lachine this morning. Maybe it full branch testing this morning
Trains are moving at Sunnybrooke, so definitely at least on A4! Not sure for A3
I saw two car REM trains over the Champlain, but can’t confirm in TMR if there are any going into the tunnel
Awesome!
On dirait que les marches ont été refaites… Y a t’il un accès de service sur la clôture?
PS : faut croire qu’ils ont oublié de retirer l’ancien panneau de l’AMT.
Really not noisy where there’s no concrete reverb.
I can confirm they were not testing further down than Montpellier. There’s currently tons of equipment on the tracks, with a big crane at Canora and multiple active NouvLR work trucks between CDL and Mount Royal. The railway is also unpowered (the green lights are on).
There seemed to be testing north of Du Ruisseau!
Is there testing right now?
Yup, saw some at Du Ruisseau
Update: they’re testing alternate service patterns with trains terminating at the opposite platform at Bois Franc before going back north. They’re also testing in station announcements which you can hear from outside.
Does it sound like the in station announcements announce where the train will go when arriving?
I don’t sit at the A40 segment all day, but I drive down that segment two to sometimes eight times a day. The lights are green pretty much all the time.
Heading to Bois-Franc to see the trains.
EDIT • Getting on the 170 at 19:53 to check out the North entrance.
I’ve noticed in the evenings that the section crossing Saint-Charles is rarely (if ever) electrified, but I almost always see blue lights closer to Kirkland station.
