So yeah, not a great day for Quebec. Not only with the announcement which I won’t talk about (to not open up a can of worms) but Montreal is now under a trusteeship. This is so concerning and shows the financial incompetence Plante and her admin have shown… buckle up folks, I see a bleak future for Montreal now.
