STM - Refonte du réseau bus

Does someone remember how long is the STM required to reveal the new network before it’s inauguration? Was it like 6 months? (That was what the IDS info delay was) And if that’s the case are we looking at april for October? Or because it’s “la refonte de l’ouest” they have less obligations to reveal the info?

Similar to the question i asked regarding the STM one, does exo have a requirement for an implementation notice?
