I’ll put this here, but I have connections to the owner of Chez Paree, they told me developers have been buying up all the older buildings on Stanley Street for condos. Intense densification upcoming for sure, but I have no idea on which developer, how tall it’ll be or anything, just that developers are buying up everything now.
