Il y a aussi que retirer des graffitis se fait très peu en hiver. C’est un moment où ils vont s’accumuler.

Because it’s the perfect demonstration how the government cannot take care a very simple thing and it’s inability to do anything preemptively to avoid having those situations deteriorated.
Yes it’s just paint on an ugly concrete wall, but it’s also something everyone seeing all the time and it just add a layer of dirty that could easily be removed with a tiny bit of wilingness

I agree, have you guys never been to Europe? The highway noise barriers are covered in graffiti. I’m going to Milano this weekend I’ll provide photos if I can.

Effectivement c’est plus difficile de retirer les graffitis l’hiver, mais la plupart des graffitis ici présent le sont depuis au moins 2 ans. Le pari hivernal ne tient plus, c’est bien évidemment un relâchement au niveau de l’entretien des structures.

It would have been nice if they planted trees along the sidewalk on Boul. des Tanneries, there’s absolutely no shade
In addition, the sidewalk closer to rue Notre-Dame Ouest is almost completely inaccessible due to overgrown plants. The trees are something at least (in the future, not now):

Beg buttons have all been removed from the intersection of St-Jacques/St-Remi/Tanneries. Pedestrian crossing cycles activate automatically 
Existing here feels 10% less degrading now.

The length of vehicle cycles is still degrading towards pedestrians there sadly.
