I hope the city could correct these sorts of issues, even if the street is “newer.”
A similar problem of a puddle when it rains, at the crosswalk across rue de Verdun and rue Gordon (the cones are removed but the puddle is still there):
They added sand after I reported it here first, but since then it hasn’t been fixed (and this is very recent).
Also, regarding this intersection, when you look at LaSalle, Wellington, Bannantyne, and Champlain, the crosswalk is located on the south-west side of the street. However, on rue de Verdun, it’s on the north-east side. Since it’s a stop sign, it should have crosswalks on both sides.
