Je crois ce qui joue en défaveur d’Émard–Saint-Paul est que la majorité des stations sont sur rue 
Il y a plusieurs projets en 2024-2025 pour électrifier des stations dans le secteur. Donc, des stations permanentes
La liste des stations converties en stations permanentes
- Champigny / Anger (Parc Saint-Paul)
- Hamilton / Jolicoeur (Parc Saint-Jean-de-Bosco)
- Jolicoeur / Drake (Parc de la Vérendrye - Métro Jolicoeur)
- Lacroix / Trinitaires (Métro Angrignon) - Sur une nouvelle saillie de trottoir
- Eadie/ Dubois (Parc Campbell Ouest) - En lien avec les travaux de réaménagement du parc
Aussi, deux stations en lien avec des projets de sécurisation des intersections.

I was given info from many mayors of the west island about the procedure.
- A city not directly connected to downtown’s extension of bixi is not allowed to even consider bixi until the neighboring city also Already is connected to bixi. So currently the limit is Lachine and Saint Laurent.
- So for a city like Pointe-Claire, the HARD Requirement to be even allowed to pay to be connected is that DORVAL must also already be connected OR Dollars des Ormeaux (but only after that Pierrefonds Roxboro also connects)
- The city must then buy the bikes and the stations.
- Dorval started at the PSSO survey about being in plans to buy 5 stations and 50 bikes but according to other West Island mayors that are waiting on Dorval that the deal apparently feel appart and Dorval is no longer planning to get bixi (BLOCKING THE ENTIRE WEST ISLAND)
- Terbonne is allowed only because Laval technically already has bixi and it’s a neighboring city to terbonne
- Bixi is allowed to bend the rules as they wish (Sainte-Julie) but the west island is a FIRM no until Dorval gets the ball running…
So basically until Dorval does anything, the entire West Island is not even allowed to pay to get bixi

Personally i think the arrival of the REM should avoid this condition for the surrounding area.

If that was the case then we would have already seen seao request… However all seao requests for bixi are only for Downtown and the current network
