Imo la ville dois faire obligatoire que chaque building a au moins 1 espace commercial…
They want it to be a walkable neighborhood, well to incentivize walkability there should be a store/business at every corner.
Also I think Griffintown desperately needs some public recreational sports facilities. For example there seems to be a vacant lot to the east of Parc Bassins à gravier, why not build a basketball court or a small soccer field there?
