Looks like the first phase is a new satellite terminal where the current taxiway C is, taxiway C is where the old runway 10/28 was. This is planned to be operational by summer 2028, it will accommodate 12 widebodies or 24 narrowbodies for international and domestic flights. New satellite terminal will be accessible by a new 400m tunnel. Airport capacity will increase to 30 million. Other phases are planned for 2035 up until 2048.
