I have no idea about the approximate termination date. Right now, they’re still working on the foundations.

Je suis tombé récemment sur un nouveau projet à New York, le 520 Fifth Avenue. C’est un gratte-ciel à usage mixte de 88 étages en plein cœur de Midtown Manhattan, conçu par Kohn Pedersen Fox.
J’adore les fenêtres en arc, je trouve que ce détail aurait pu ajouter un peu d’élégance au design du 1050 de la Montagne. Ça aurait été un beau clin d’œil aux fenêtres en arc de la façade qui a été préservée.

Only 100 units over 88 floors!!!
If I recall, the first 25 floors are office and retail. So the residential units are only on the thin floors above.

I know it’s a complicated build, but could this be one of the slowest to get above ground that we’ve seen this century?
