En même temps, je n’ai jamais été d’accord avec Mme Lussier, mais elle a raison de souligner le problème qu’il y a à voir un potentiel leader du gouvernement fédéral mettre son nez aussi profondément dans les compétences locales.
Edit: I am 100% in favour of densifying around all transit nodes, especially with regard to the massive potential around Fairview and RioCan Kirkland.

Honnêtement je ne vois pas une énorme différence entre ça et le fond d’accélération au logement des libéraux. Québec ne laisserait très probablement pas le fédéral se mêler de la construction de logement au Québec, comme il le fait présentement avec le fond des libéraux ou c’est ce dernier qui va chercher une entente avec le provincial plutôt que les municipalités directement comme dans le reste du Canada.
Je me considère moi-même plutôt nationaliste, alors 100% d’accord avec toi. Je pense qu’on devrait s’inspirer du projet de loi de Rob Ford qui permet au gvt provincial de passer outre les restrictions municipales pour certains projets. Je pensais personnellement que la ministre Duranceau irait dans cette direction, mais l’éléphant a accouché d’une souris…
Le contraste de volonté et compétences entre les ministres de l’habitation du Québec et celui de BC est démotivant.

Based on Apple Look Around (360), it appears the HVAC system is connected to the terminal which will have air conditioning (which will be installed in the metal box to the left attached to the bus terminal, similar to Panama). I wonder if there could be some climate control on the platforms…
I’m not sure it is air-conditioning (cooling).

La station du REM aura un terminus de bus comme à Brossard. C’est là que se trouvera la nouvelle billetterie.
All the bus terminals are displayed as ARTM but managed by the local agency. So STM will be managing this new bus terminal in Fairview, even if it’s branded as ARTM.
The same is true for Panama and Brossard. They are managed by RTL because they’re in RTL’s territory, even though they are ARTM branded

Yes the sign will sadly go, I hope the STM will have a pop up and sell it!
