Oh I didn’t actually know that, is the structure itself managed by the agency it’s in though? Because when I talked to CDPQ Infra about the signage being incomplete at Terminus Panama, they said they handed it off to RTL so they’re in charge now technically but they’ll pass on the message.

Yep, daily management is made by the local operator. Asset management (anything involving major work) is made by the ARTM.

For other station i would understand that it’s new terminus’es but for Fairview i would have assume grandfaughered status or something

Right now it’s a standalone bus terminal, so that’s why the STM managed the ticket booth. Since it will be annexed to a REM station, it makes it an ARTM asset just like Brossard or Panama terminals. Which doesn’t mean that the STM won’t be implicated in daily management.
