It’s already so completely different than when the last CH games were held — and, let’s face it, was revamped so many times while it was the actual Forum — that I can’t imagine it has a protected heritage status at this point. As “profitable” as the Cineplex may be, I can’t help but think that large, square block of land will some day in the near term become very desirable for a fairly tall residential building.
