Very, very happy to see this project move forward! As of last week, Taschereau has been completely rezoned by all of the arrondissements bordering the boulevard, and are now zoned for MIXED developments up to 10-storeys in most places and unlimited height in others (even the notoriously resistant-to-change Greenfield Park and Saint-Lambert).
