Could’ve been a new landmark with amenities for all, but all we got is a giant mirror. It’s instances like this where I wish we had modern office towers like in the U.S, with rooftop bars/restos, gardens and other floors with amenities for the general public.
Definitely a missed opportunity for more, but let’s not forget the 40 000 square foot public parc, which I believe is best thing an office building can offer to the public.
CIBC Square in Toronto will only be offering a parc of similar size to the public as well, but what I like is that they will be offering public events at the parc too.
