Garden on the roof will be 180 metres high. I thought it would be higher than this?
from what i can see on the rendering, it’s on top of the building, with a glass enclosure over it that reaches 200 m.
Oh that I know, but I thought the garden itself would be at around ~190 metres and the glass enclosure would make it 200.
Also something I noticed is in the back of the building (or front, depending where you’re coming from) in the middle of the glass, they’re installing green insulation (I think?, I don’t know building terminologies so please correct me), which I find odd because it’s the same being used in other buildings where prefab concrete will be installed. If someone can explain this to me, that would be greatly appreciated.
Those are exterior drywall gypsum boards (from CGC, that’s why it’s green), they are temporary so that the cold doesn’t penetrate the building for the winter to come. We will see curtain walls when the lift is removed.
