Just wanted to point out, Brossard is willing to pay $90k for an almost empty parking lot, but refuses to pay for Bixi because it’s “too expensive.”
What would be the actual cost for them to add Bixi, at least for large stations around the REM, and smaller stations (like maybe only 10 bikes, so that they can spread them apart more) in residential areas?
