Maybe Martin has info, but I don’t think Complexe Desjardins is protected in any way. Compared to the cleaned up PdA and the new projects all around, CD looks seriously grungy and dated. It would be fantastic if Desjardins invested a bit in renovating the exterior of the complex.

Not sure if a glass tower is welcome either, but I do agree the building is an eyesore. Same thing can be said for the 1200 McGill College Avenue.
