Projet jamais réalisé comptant 69 condominiums et 42 hotel-appartements. Le terrain fut développé par le Groupe Canvar qui y réalisera le Le Mille Neuf Bleury.
En 2005, le promoteur acquiert une parcelle du terrain à l’ouest de la rue Bleury et y déménage son projet. Celui-ci ne fut jamais réalisé.
