All 167 units in Phase 1 are fully rented way before completion.
Although Phase 1 (Building A) was delivered on July 1, 2025, residents have continued to experience inconvenience due to construction delays extending more than four months after occupancy, including ongoing work on the exterior façade and exterior grounds, where paving and landscaping remain unfinished as of November 2nd, 2025.
The Montreal Gazette article(Phase 2 of Hemisphere Pointe-Claire is coming in February 2026 | Montreal Gazette) mentions that Phase 1 is “fully rented.” However, as of today, three Phase 1 units are still listed as available for rent on Hemisphere’s official website.
The same article previously stated “February 2026” as the planned occupancy date for Phase 2 (Building B). Hemisphere’s website now shows “April 2026” on the main page and “April to June 2026” on the Plans page (Floorplans at Hemisphere), indicating further delays and extended inconvenience for residents.
