The town of Kirkland can tell us everything they would like to be in their PPU, but that will have a little bearing on what Broccolini actually proposes.

Kirkland made a deal with developers Broccolini and RioCan to transform the land currently occupied by the Cineplex Kirkland movie theatre in exchange for the 200 parking spots reserved for Kirkland residents.

I’m not surprised they got parking space, but I am surprised they’ll be able to limit access to residents from the not-borough.
