On parle d’un projet de 5 étages plutôt que 7.

Sad to see the reduction in size, but still better then nothing I guess
I do wonder for the size of the apartment

wait so they lost 2 storeys but it’s still 154 units? that doesnt sound too good for unit size…

Doing rapidly the calculation it would give 1200ft2 per apartment compare to before where it was 1700ft2.

(Irrelevant as the number of apartments is not mentioned, also my estimation are base of Google map so not really accurate)

J’ai corrigé le message d’entête. Le document ne mentionne pas le nouveau nombre de logements.

Fair enough. 1200ft2 sounds quite large, that would be a large 2 bedroom, or an average/slightly big 3 bedroom unit. Given how far from downtown this place is though it makes sense to aim for bigger units
