Some of the cladding is up on the East side of the tower, blurry on the camera but looks like beige prefab concrete panels with large windows.

Brutal, another ugly one coming up, I see it already. When I went to their sales office, they told me it was going to be black (or dark grey) aluminum panels. Of course it gets changed to prefab concrete in a different colour.

Edit* I do hope the glass quality on the N/S portions are nice though…
