in my last post, the market is very slow but that does not mean businesses are eyeing it. Lots of interest, just timing.
I’d love to see a bar open up here + restos, so we can get life in this sector at all hours.
Office space wise, I know of a tech company eyeing it but it will be 1 floor max of leasing and again, timing.
