To be clear, it’s not the people 2 miles away complaining, it’s the megalomaniacal mayor. He claims he was elected because his constituents want to halt development, but he didn’t win a clear majority of the vote, he defeated the incumbent by 0.6% of the vote (71 ballots!), and voter turnout was less than 50%.
