Lol my daily driver (the one with the filthy windshield in my pics of West Island REM stuff) is a 1994 Corolla that’s basically like new. Best car ever made. As much as I want a new car, I remind myself two things:
“The cheapest car is the one you already own.”
and
“The greenest car is the one that’s already built.”
…
I think Maestria will start to go up quickly now, maybe a floor every week?

Tant qu’ils vont assembler les formes des planchers à la main, ça va être plus long. De plus on est encore dans la base de l’immeuble.
Quand ils auront les formes pré-construites qu’ils déplacent d’étage en étage, là le rythme va augmenter.

I still don’t understand the lapse (nor whose fault it is) in allowing this to go ahead with those nondescript shophouses along Ste-Cat ruining the aesthetics and flow of the area.
