La phase en construction est située dans le coin gauche caché derrière l’encadré bleu jusqu’au centre gauche.
Avec ce nom, on peut absolument dire que cet autre projet, au même nom, sur Taschereau est mort. Dailleurs, le site web du projet est hors fonction.

I find it funny that it says ideally located. If you have a car, sure. Otherwise, aside from a Couche-Tard and high school, there’s nothing there. Unless I have the wrong area in mind.
I live one block away from there, since 2 years in a condo and it takes 9 minutes in car to metro Papineau where I was used to live and about 10-15 minutes in bus to metro Longueuil. There is a Pharmaprix, Tim Horton, Subway, Mcdonald,Jean Coutu, 1 vietnamese and 1 african market, and some others restaurants, at 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. In terms of shcools there is College Francais ( private school), and another elementary school 2 blocks away on Nobert. But a new grocey shop such as Maxi or Superc would be great in that developpment but I doubt any commercial section would be buit or part of it,
