Oui, il est flexible, il n’y a pas de définition universellement acceptée de la hauteur exacte nécessaire pour être un gratte-ciel. La plupart des sources diront que le bâtiment doit mesurer 100m ou 150m, mais la majorité des sources disent 150m.
Personnellement, je base ma définition sur celle du CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat), qui est probablement la source la plus crédible en la matière.
They have begun deconstructing the sales office. It looks like they will be disposing of the model, if you’re lucky you can find it in the trash this week.
That particular lot on its own is not very interesting and not really suited for development imho. If the part of the Centra lot where the sales office was gets separated/sold and coupled with the Mcdo lot I think it would make more sense.
unfortunately if i’m not mistaken the space where the sales office was will be the entrance of 1000 de la Montagne. so the McDo building lot is condemned to stay that small and narrow forever
