Il y a une étrange vibe futuriste à la BladeRunner émanant de cet immeuble. J’aime bien.

Also neat to see all the awning-style windows open, something we are unlikely to ever see again once it’s occupied and the HVAC is operational.
Which is too bad, it really gives a cool texture!

I’ve been to two festivals in the Parterre this summer (Nuits d’Afrique and Mutek) and both times it has been really fun to see how the first tower is being appropriated by its residents. The balconies are full of plants and furniture, people are hanging out and listening to the concerts. It’s definitely the best condo project that has gone up in the area in terms of its presence in the city.

I always have that same thought every time I see that building, also the different colours make all those elements less ‘‘add-on’’ then on a regular condo tower
