La construction du projet Laurent & Clark a tellement fait un grand bien à ce secteur boudé pendant des décennies. Maintenant il faut continuer a densifier tout autour…
J’ai bon espoir qu’avec le développement organique, d’autres projets s’ajoutent au secteur dans les prochaines années. La phase 2 du Carré St-Laurent enverrait certainement un message clair que le secteur est mûr pour d’autres investissements. Comme la partie ouest du QdS est pratiquement saturée, l’est devrait dorénavant profiter d’une plus grande attention. Histoire à suivre… 
Why would anyone buy the units facing East? There’s nothing interesting to see (maybe Stade?). Facing West is where all the glory is!
The units above the 5th floor in the first building are facing both sides. The living room is facing west while the bedrooms are facing east. However, many appartements in the second building have a view facing only east which is not that bad at the moment but eventually there will probably be tall buildings built over the Saint-Laurent subway station as well as across the street and the east view will be partially if not totally blocked.
Wow facing both East and West is amazing… too can watch music shows on one side and the fireworks on the other side!
Yes definitely a win-win situation.
Going back in time, I would have bought the top floor in this project!
Tu as de la chance d’y vivre, c’est assez inédit d’avoir des fenêtres sur les deux côtés dans une tour de même. C’est un peu comme un appartement de triplex dans le ciel. Le meilleur des deux mondes.
